Product, quantity, target market and any reference artwork or tech pack. A rough brief is enough to start.

Unit pricing, tooling and lead times come back in writing before anything is cut.

Pre-production sample
We build the sample on your approved block and fabric, so the fit can be judged in the hand rather than on a spec sheet.

Approval
Nothing moves to bulk until you sign off the sample, the decoration placement and the label set.

Bulk production
Cutting, sewing and decoration run as one continuous programme, against the approved sample.

Inspection & dispatch
Final inspection, then packing to your retail or marketplace requirements.

Do you make cat apparel, or only dog clothing?+

Both. Cat blocks are cut with a shorter back length and a lower neckline than our dog blocks, and the fastening sits high on the back for cats that resist being dressed.

Do you work from our existing patterns, or do you have your own?+

Both. We can grade from your existing pattern and tech pack to keep your size curve consistent, or start from our pet blocks if you are launching a new range.

What is the smallest order you will accept?+

Trial runs are possible so a new programme can be validated before committing to volume. Confirm the exact minimum with us on your first enquiry — it depends on fabric and decoration method.

Can you handle our labels and retail packaging?+

Yes. Woven labels, hang tags, size stickers, polybag barcodes and retail-ready packaging are all prepared to your specification in-house.

We need documentation for EU compliance. Can you supply it?+

Fibre composition and material documentation can be issued for your compliance files. Tell us the market and we will confirm exactly what is available for the fabric you select.
